By registering as a Business User or entering a Business Code to access any MyAgencyApps application (including CleanCo, PlumberCo, ElectricianCo, and others), or by visiting myagencyapps.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
MyAgencyApps provides a B2B platform connecting: • Business Users — registered companies (small, individual, or corporate) that operate a service agency and receive a unique Business Code upon registration • Clients seeking professional services (cleaning, plumbing, electrical, etc.) who access the platform via a Business Code shared by a registered Business User • Service providers (cleaners, plumbers, electricians, etc.) seeking work who apply via a Business Code shared by a registered Business User • Agency owners managing service businesses through the Admin Dashboard We facilitate bookings and connections but are not directly responsible for the quality of services provided by independent contractors on our platform.
Client Users are individuals who access the platform via a Business Code shared by a registered Business User. Client Users may book services and use the platform features enabled by their Business User. When creating an account you agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Keep your login credentials and PIN secure • Not share your account with others • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access • Be responsible for all activity under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The Business Code is a unique 6-character alphanumeric code generated for each registered Business User upon account creation. • The Business Code is personal to the registered business and must not be shared publicly or on social media • Sharing your Business Code with authorised clients and cleaners is the responsibility of the Business User • MyAgencyApps is not liable for any unauthorised use of codes resulting from the Business User's sharing practices • If you believe your Business Code has been compromised, contact hello@myagencyapps.com immediately to request a new code • Business Codes do not expire but may be reset at the request of the Business User
• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation • Prices displayed are estimates and may vary based on actual service requirements • Payment is due after service completion unless otherwise agreed • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee • We reserve the right to adjust pricing with reasonable notice • All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
Service providers on our platform agree to: • Provide accurate information during the application process • Maintain all required licences, certifications, and insurance • Arrive on time and complete services professionally • Treat clients with respect and professionalism • Not solicit clients outside the platform • Accept or decline jobs in a timely manner Providers found to be in breach of these terms may be removed from the platform.
You must not: • Use our services for any unlawful purpose • Harass, abuse, or harm other users • Post false or misleading information • Attempt to circumvent our platform to arrange direct payments • Reverse engineer or copy our applications • Use automated tools to scrape or access our services • Impersonate another person or entity
To the maximum extent permitted by law: • MyAgencyApps is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by independent contractors • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question • We are not responsible for any loss or damage caused by service providers We recommend clients verify credentials and reviews before booking.
All content on myagencyapps.com and our apps including logos, designs, text, and software is owned by MyAgencyApps and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time if you: • Violate these Terms and Conditions • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity • Harm other users or service providers • Repeatedly cancel bookings without valid reason You may close your account at any time by contacting hello@myagencyapps.com
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
